AURONEX is the institutional framework for a commercial practice that predates the entity itself. When Bassam Massouh incorporated the company in Lyon in March 2026, he was not starting from zero — he was giving formal structure to two decades of operating experience in international trade.

Bassam Massouh

A merchant by vocation, with over two decades of operating experience in international trade — across general commerce, import-export, commodities, brokerage, real estate, and industrial supply.

Born in Homs, Syria, and based in Lyon, France, Bassam established AURONEX as the institutional framework for a practice whose network extends across the Levant, the Gulf, Europe, and North America.

His work is grounded in a single conviction: that durable commerce is built on relationships, and that relationships are built on the word given.

Hawk Abboud

An engineer and operator. Hawk leads the operational, legal, and technical infrastructure of AURONEX — translating commercial intent into documented execution.

Beyond AURONEX, he is the founder of Funnels Tech, a multi-tenant business platform serving multiple industries across seven languages. He brings to the house a discipline shaped by software engineering and a precision shaped by commercial law.

His role is to ensure that every transaction AURONEX executes is structured, documented, and protected — and that every commitment given is a commitment delivered.
