Engagement Sequence
Initial Inquiry
Submit a structured inquiry with your organization, product interest, and intended volumes. Use our contact form or write directly to partnerships@auronexgroup.com.
KYC & Counterparty Review
We conduct entity verification, sanctions screening, and commercial background review. Standard processing: 3–5 business days.
Technical Specification Exchange
Our team shares certified quality data, origin documentation, and logistics parameters. Buyers share their specification requirements and application context.
Commercial Term Sheet
We issue a non-binding term sheet covering grade, volume, pricing mechanism, delivery terms (Incoterms), inspection protocol, and payment structure.
Contract & Execution
Upon agreement, we execute a full purchase contract with ICC Paris arbitration clause. First delivery includes SGS/BV joint inspection at load port.
Counterparty Diligence
We conduct independent diligence on all prospective counterparties before any transaction. This includes entity verification, sanctions screening, and commercial track record assessment.
Documentation Standards
All transactions are supported by full commercial documentation: SGS/BV certified analysis, certificates of origin, insurance certificates (ICC A), and compliance declarations.
